With 365 daily challenges, Better Than Yesterday gets you to challenge yourself to make the most of every moment. Whether that's telling a stranger that you think they're cute, or watching a documentary on something you don't know anything about, this year-long challenge is bound to push you out of your comfort zone and into something way better.
